What we collect and why
When you use the contact form
Your email, what you need, your budget range, your timing and the language of the page you used. We use it to answer you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b). We keep it for up to 2 years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep invoices and contracts for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires (usually 6 years).
When you email us
Your name, email address and whatever you write. Same purpose, legal basis and retention as the form.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages work: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you arrived. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), and you can withdraw it any time with the button below. If you reject, nothing is loaded.
Technical data
Like any website, our host receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and keep it secure. The fonts (Google Fonts) and animation libraries (cdnjs by Cloudflare, jsDelivr) are loaded from their servers, which also receive your IP address to send the files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure site (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Who else sees it
We never sell or rent your data. We only share it with the providers that run the site and our email, under data processing agreements:
- Netlify (hosting and the contact form), United States
- Google (Google Workspace for email; Google Analytics only with your consent; Google Fonts), United States
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) and jsDelivr (code libraries)
Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We only use what you see here. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, take a copy with you, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@falserules.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
